North Star Framework · Adoption

Change with people, not to them.

Adopt360 is our change adoption service. Consultant-led, Prosci-based and powered by the Adopt360 Insight Engine, so adoption is measured and driven while there’s still time to act on what you find.

Talk to us about Adopt360 How it runs
Priced by scale and complexity. Fees on request.

The best design fails if people can’t adopt it.

Adopt360 runs alongside your rollout and keeps going after it. It surveys the people affected, shows where the change is taking and where it’s stalling then turns that into actions.

Weekly pulses run in Teams or Slack, sentiment and themes are tagged and the results arrive in Power BI dashboards your leadership can read without us in the room. We help you clear the blockers, not just measure them.

What it isn’t
Not a standalone survey tool. The platform and the consulting are inseparable.
Not a delivery arm. Comms drafting, training delivery and stakeholder management are scoped and priced separately.
Not a one-off assessment. The value comes from continuous feedback across the lifecycle.
Not a generic framework. Every engagement plan is built for the client.
How it runs

Three phases, one continuous loop.

Not a one-off assessment. The value comes from feedback that keeps arriving across the lifecycle of the change.

Phase one

Change readiness setup

We baseline twice: how ready people are for this specific change and how capable the organisation is at change in general. Both inform how the programme is designed.

What you getMaturity baseline, cohort readiness scores and a programme designed around what they show.
Phase two

Pulse and insight loop

Weekly pulses and ad-hoc feedback run in Teams or Slack. Sentiment and themes are tagged. Deep-dive checkpoints rerun the readiness measure to show movement.

What you getLive dashboards, insight reports and leadership briefings at every checkpoint.
Phase three

Insight-driven action

The final readiness run shows the path from baseline to close. The maturity assessment reruns to show what changed in your capability, not just your project.

What you getAction plans against stalled cohorts and evidence of what changed.

Two measures, asked at the same time.

One tracks readiness for this specific change, cohort by cohort. The other tracks how good your organisation is at change in general. Both run at the start and again at the end.

Change Readiness Baseline

How ready people are for this change, right now. Scored by cohort, rerun at every checkpoint, so you can see which teams are moving and which are stuck.

A Awareness · people understand why and what it means for their role
D Desire · they believe it’s right and feel heard
O Opportunity · training, time and somewhere to go for help
P Practice · they’re using it and supporting each other
T Transformation · it’s becoming how things are normally done

Organisational Change Maturity

How capable you are at managing change at all, independent of this initiative. Six dimensions, scored from staff, leadership and our own assessment.

Leadership and sponsorship Communication Training and enablement Engagement and involvement Reinforcement and sustainability Learning and adaptation
The gap that mattersWhere leadership scores a dimension higher than staff do, you have a blind spot. That gap sets the agenda.

From resistant to embedded.

Every score, on both measures, sits somewhere on the same five levels. Most organisations start between hesitant and neutral. Embedded is deliberately hard to reach.

Resistant Active resistance or complete disengagement.
Hesitant Reluctance and scepticism. Aware but not bought in.
Neutral Passive acceptance. Not resisting, not engaged either.
Supportive Positive engagement. People are aligned and taking part.
Embedded Self-reinforcing. The new way is simply how things are done.

Dashboards your leadership can read without us.

What your people answer each week and what your leadership sees as a result. Example data, not from a real client.
