Veraxis is a specialist consultancy built around two things most transformation programmes get wrong: strategic clarity and genuine adoption. We help organisations figure out what they're actually trying to solve before anyone starts building, then we stay close to make sure the change lands with real people in the real world.We're a tight-knit practice backed by a network of seasoned change specialists, business analysts and product experts who collaborate with us project by project. We're not pretending to be a big consultancy. We're deliberately not one. That means you get direct access to the people doing the thinking, not a B-team behind a shiny pitch.

Every engagement begins with a simple question:

What are you actually trying to achieve here? Why and does everyone agree?

You'd be surprised how rarely the answer to the last part is yes.

From there we work alongside you: facilitating honest conversations, challenging assumptions and co-creating solutions that are practical, measurable and built to survive contact with reality. In an industry full of box-ticking and billable hours for the sake of it, we'd rather be useful.

Meet The Co-Founders

Two consultants who got tired of watching good projects fail for avoidable reasons.
Seasoned strategists. Creative thinkers. Relentless problem-solvers. People people.
We're a pair of battle-tested consultants who've worked across sectors, systems and leadership teams. What unites us is a deep belief in practical change; the kind that lasts beyond the workshop and shows up in real results. Curious, candid and (occasionally) funny, we're the people who'll tell you what you need to hear, not just what you want to.

Alex Piggins

Alex is a transformation consultant with deep experience in defence and education, designing solutions and supporting users through change. His strength is translating technical capabilities into benefits that people at every level can understand, while keeping a sharp eye on their willingness and ability to adopt new ways of working.

With a core background in business analysis, user experience and product strategy, Alex makes sure delivered solutions aren't just aligned to business goals but are usable, understood and genuinely adopted. He leads our North Star Scoping work, helping leadership teams turn ambition into clear, actionable direction.

Outside work, Alex is a keen practitioner of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and a writer.

Emma Hollingsworth

Emma is a strategic technology and adoption leader with 20+ years' experience designing, delivering and governing complex solutions across public sector, law enforcement, manufacturing and regulated environments.

She works at the intersection of product, delivery and adoption: bridging the gap between business and tech teams across programmes serving 50 to 120,000+ users. Emma leads the development of Adopt360 and our adoption practice, and she doesn't sit above delivery. She understands it, shapes it and when required, leads it.

In her spare time, when not indulging in creativity, Emma is often found hanging upside down.

Associates

Veraxis works with a team of trusted associates including Technical Architects, Developers, UX/UI Designers, Change Management specialists and Test Leads. We also support graduates, providing mentoring and equipping them with the skills to work in consulting and technical roles.
