Alex Piggins

A passionate transformation consultant with particular experience in the Education and Defence sector, designing and implementing solutions and supporting users through change. Their skills lie in translating technical capabilities into benefits that users at all levels can understand, whilst having an appreciation for their willingness and ability to adopt new ways of working.

His experience across the whole project lifecycle, plus a core background in business analysis, user experience design and usability, ensure delivered solutions are not only useful and aligned to business goals, but usable and positively impact hearts and minds.​

Outside of work, Alex is a keen practitioner of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and a keen writer.

Emma Hollingsworth

A professional with 20+ years in the IT industry as an enthusiastic and well-respected business consultant and programme/delivery lead, delivering solutions and consulting on how to use IT to transform business strategy as well as the design, information architecture and governance of solutions - bridging the gap between the business and tech teams.​

Solutions delivered range from 50 to 100,000+ users on a global basis. They have supported a wide range of clients delivering the data strategy, business case, benefits, design, governance, service models and business change required to ensure a successful adoption of technology-based solutions.

In her spare time, when not indulging in creativity, as an amateur aerialist, Emma is often found hanging upside down.

Veraxis works with a team of associates to deliver solutions including Technical Architects, Developers, User Experience and User Interface Designers, Change Management experts and Test Leads.
We also support graduates, providing support and mentoring and equipping them with the skills needed to work in consulting technical roles.
